REPUBLIC OF NAMIBIA  APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
The following are the requirements for Business Visa applications to Consulate or Consular Section at High Commission in your countries:
1. Valid passport
2. Completed Business Visa application form
3. Two passport-size photos
4. Return or Onward ticket or proof of accommodation
5. Fee- (N$390-00 or U$55)
6. Letter of Authority from the sponsoring company in Namibia.
7. Acceptance letter from RIMT.

NB: Please note that a minimum of ten(10) working days are required for processing of Business Visa applications, so all Visa documentation must be submitted to RIMT a week or two weeks before the commencement of the course. Thus therefore, to avoid unnecessary inconvenience, delays and frustration at the port of entry.

BUSINESS VISA
The participants are responsible for their Visas to come to Namibia, Republic of South Africa, Botswana, Kingdom of Lesotho, Zambia and Zimbabwe and therefore, most of the visitors are given days at the port of entry. You however, need to verify your status with your travel agent. As RIMT, we provide you with all the necessary documentation to support your Visa application. VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR FOREIGNERS TRAVELLING TO NAMIBIA
The nationals from the following African SADC Countries listed below are not required to obtain Visas to travel to Namibia for visits shorter than three months. This include Angola, Malawi, Mozambique, Botswana, Republic of South Africa, Kingdom of Lesotho & Swaziland, Tanzania, Kenya, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

VALIDITY
The Visas are valid up to three months from the date of issue for stay from the date of entry. The extensions for a further three months will be available and done with the Ministry of Home Affairs.

ACCOMMODATION
There are many Hotels and Guest houses participants can book in during their stay in Namibia, Botswana, Republic of South Africa, Kingdom of Lesotho, Zambia and Zimbabwe. We provide you with a short list of the accommodation options and secure provisional bookings. Upon arrival you will be accorded the opportunity to make your final choice depending on your preference.

HEALTH COVER & INSURANCE
The participants are responsible for their health and insurance cover for the duration of the course at RIMT. You are encouraged to make proper arrangements for medical and insurance cover while attending the short course, thus RIMT provides transport if the need arises.

COST OF LIVING
The everyday changes in the global market have generally resulted in high prices for basic commodities and accommodation. The daily fluctuation of the United States Dollar(U$) on the world market(s), thus one needs between U$30-U$35 on food and accommodation expenses per day. Thus therefore, depending on preference one may need to budget more for Hotels and less on Guest houses.

STUDY EXCURSION

Namibia is a tourist destination with a lot of tourist attractions areas. Thus therefore, attending RIMT short courses in Namibia would accord the participants to visit the Namib Dessert, Atlantic Ocean and the tallest Namibian Sand Dune seven (7) as well as the salt processed zones in Walvis Bay. Namibia is a country with a diversity of natural habitants such as the rugged coastline and the haunting beauty of the skeletons coast, the endless stretch of undulating Ochre-coloured sand dunes at Sossusvlei, the impressive Gorge of the Fish River Canyon winding through the arid landscape of the greatest plateau and vast of the salt pan of Etosha National Park, thus which is one of the world's greatest wildlife viewing venues.

These are the attractions that draw travelers to one of the Africa's more intriguing destinations, hence the unspoilt wilderness of Namibia. Thus therefore, all participants are taken for excursions to Walvis Bay and Swakopmund. It's a chance of a lifetime and RIMT combines course sessions and guided tours to the areas of interest in Namibia which include the Okapuka Game Ranch, Namib Dessert and the Atlantic Ocean. PARTICIPANTS INCENTIVES
All our valued participants to RIMT courses are given free new state of the art Laptop, RIMT T-Shirt, Cap, RIMT bag and a memory stick. The laptops are for the participants for having attended RIMT short courses. All the items are not transferable to the employer and can not be exchanged for cash. The laptops is meant for participants to continue learning and applying what they would have covered in the training sessions.
